Dear Colleagues,
On 28th of June, 2018, the 1st meeting of the Panel of Legal Experts took place via video conference call, and 10 members of the PLE were present at the meeting. The agenda of the meeting included the election of the Chairman of the PLE, and I am delighted to announce that Prof. Dr. Souichirou Kozuka, PLE member from the Party of Japan, was elected Chairman of the PLE.
