The ITSO Advisory Committee (IAC), established at the Twenty-Seventh Assembly of Parties (AP-27), met at American University Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. during the period 16-17 January 2020. The Agenda, List of Documents and List of Participants are attached as Annexes I, II and III, respectively, to this Report.
The TWENTY-THIRD meeting of the ITSO Advisory Committee (IAC-23) was called to order on 16 January at 0930 Hours by the Chairman, Mr. Dietmar Plesse, from Germany. The IAC-23 meeting was attended by 33 delegates representing 19 IAC member Parties. Eleven delegates from the Parties of Angola, Australia, Republic of Congo, France, Ghana, South Africa and Turkey also attended the meeting as observers.
