The TWENTY-FIRST meeting of the ITSO Advisory Committee (IAC-21) was called to order on 8 February at 0930 Hours by the Director General, Mr. Patrick Masambu. The IAC-21 meeting was attended by 34 delegates representing 18 IAC member Parties. Delegates from the Parties of Armenia, Malaysia, Monaco, Turkey and Uganda also attended the meeting as observers.
ELECTION OF THE CHAIRMAN AND VICE CHAIRMAN
The Meeting appointed, by acclamation, Mr. Dietmar Plesse from the Party of Germany as Chairman.
The Meeting appointed, by acclamation, Mr. El Hadjar Abdouramane from the Party of Cameroon as Vice-Chairman.
