ITSO/ITU Training on “Satellite Communications” for CIS Region Held in Minsk, Belarus
A training workshop on Satellite Communications, as part of the Capacity Building partnership between the International Telecommunications Satellite Organization (ITSO) and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), was held in Minsk, Belarus, during the period of 1-5 April 2019. The workshop facilitators were Mr. Alexander Klyucharev from ITU and Mr. Edward Kasule Musisi from ITSO respectively, bringing together combined expertise and extensive experience in international radio regulation, satellite orbital resource use and coordination and satellite communications.
